HBS does not confine itself to just local investments. HBS likes to look at opportunities were they are available. The TN site makes a lovely spot for a vacation home. The Florida home is great for gettng away from it all and enjoying some relaxation, or for that someone who likes working in the yard, and making some extra cash.
